Tim has been a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has earned degrees in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Finance & Banking, Investment Science & Portfolio Management, and Commerical Real Estate Finance. 

Tim has worked in and around real estate for nearly his entire life. Growing up, his family owned rental real estate which is where his first experience with tenant relations began. While attending college, Tim worked full-time for a large management company and learned the details of properly managing income producing properties.

Currently, our focus is on small residential properties with up to 24 units. We provide a wide range of services including management services, leasing services, rent-to-own, market analysis, tenant screening, marketing and purchase feasibility analysis.
