Prospective Tenants

If you would like to fill out an application for one of our properties, click the link below to download a blank application. The application fee is $25.00 per application and each person over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application. Married applicants need only fill out one application and pay only one application fee. Application fees and deposits can be paid over the phone using either a checking account or credit card. You can fax your completed application to us at 886-467-9526 or email it to crgllc@gmail.com. To schedule a personal showing, call our office during normal business hours 402-215-4900.
